About Nicole

Nicole Iselin MacKenzie, a specialist in the field of human potential and
peak performance, was born and raised in Zug, Switzerland, where she obtained a
degree in business and hotel-management. Nicole came to the United States
in 1986 to study Maslow's theories of self-actualization and began to seriously
pursue an education in the field of human potential. As part of her
education, she became a trainer in the Sage Learning Method and started
"Curiosity Based" training in the United States as well as Europe.
Nicole married in 1988 and had her first child in 1989. Holding
her precious baby, Nicole realized that she knew absolutely nothing
about raising children. Her daughter was born without instructions.
All she knew was that she wanted to raise her child according to her
new findings regarding the innate human potential. She became fascinated
in finding methods to help parents maintain curiosity and vitality,
as well as a level of fun and satisfaction while raising their children.
She searched for ways to develop a child's unique, personal gifts
as well as a high degree of emotional intelligence.
With this goal in mind, Nicole began her research on parenting techniques
and developed the highly effective parenting techniques presented
in her first book, Parenting Rule #1: Mom Has Fun!
Today, Nicole lives with her six children and her husband in both
Kingwood, Texas and Conters, Switzerland. She teaches classes
internationally on how to establish a working team relationship between
parents and their children based on curiosity, fun, and peak performance.
